SeniorsBC: The BC Seniors’ Guide is a compilation of information and resources to help people plan for and live a healthy lifestyle as they age. It’s available for download as a PDF book in English, French, Chinese, Punjabi, Vietnamese, Korean or Farsi. It can also be read it online, or ordered in hard copy.
