Winter/Spring Session: January 22nd to April 8th
Wednesdays, 10:00 to 11:00 a.m.

Introduce your preschool-aged child to books and the library through the magic of Storytime. Listening to stories and rhymes are important early steps toward literacy. Storytime activities provide an engaging introduction to the written word that will encourage a lifelong love of books, reading, and learning. It is also a great way to familiarize your child with the library.

Though the program is aimed at 3 to 6-year-olds, all young children (including siblings) are welcome to attend. Parents can enjoy the stories with their children, or relax in the reading area.

Younger children may enjoy Babytime or Toddlertime.

Sessions are free, drop-in, and open to all parents and caregivers of young children. Contact Sandra at the library for more information.

Also, watch for other children’s programs and events throughout the year:

  • LEGO Time runs all year on Thursdays from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m.
  • Summer Reading Club runs during the summer months in July and August
