Overdose Response Training

How can I tell if someone is experiencing an overdose? What can I do to help?

This free presentation will give you a brief overview of the various types of street drugs in our community, their effects, and how to safely identify and respond to an overdose. It will include an interactive workshop on how to safely administer Naloxone—a medication used to reverse the effects of an opioid overdose. We will have Naloxone kits available for participants to take home after the workshop.
